Terry Roper was introduced to the heating and cooling industry at a young age. As a child, he spent summers assisting his dad and his crew on site, fetching tools and cleaning. In high school, he continued his learning as a member of the team and receiving his license as a Gas Technician.
After high school, Terry pursued diverse work experience as an apprentice for refrigeration, a salesman and an operation manager. Using his collective knowledge and experience, Terry decided to return to his roots. He and his wife opened Headwaters Heating & Cooling Systems in 2020 to provide essential home services to their community in Orangeville.
