I would highly recommend Headwaters And cooling. The interesting facts are that everything really did not go well. Turned out there were some major problems with my gas fireplace that were hidden behind the old fireplace. What impressed me the most was the caring attitude of the installers and the professional way the owner handled the curves thrown at them. They worked together to make it work and look amazing. There was never a question as to not having the customer .(me) be happy and my fireplace look amazing. Thank you so much. The installers were a delight to work with.

We reached out to Terry for a second opinion on the condition of our 9yr old furnace that apparently needed to be replaced (per another company whom I will not name here). We had intentions of replacing our AC that is older but not our furnace. Thankfully our furnace checked out per Terry’s inspection and he saved us thousands not having to replace it!!! We had our AC replaced with a new one, new evaporator coil and new humidifier all done fairly quickly. Terry’s team was very well mannered and left everything clean! We called them back the following week to replace our gas line behind our stove and add a shut off valve - all done within an hour! Very courteous and clean! The gentleman always asked if we had any questions before he left and was always attentive. Easy appointment reminder / invoicing/ payment system! I will continue to use Headwaters Heating and Cooling for all my HVAC / Gas needs! Thank you to Terry, Stacey and your team!
